Financial Information
Dental treatment is an excellent investment in an individual's health and well-being. Financial constraints should not be an obstacle to obtaining this important, life-enhancing care. Because everyone's financial situation is different we are able to offer a variety of payment options.
If you have dental benefits, we will work with you to maximize available benefits to the best of our ability, but we do not dictate or limit our treatment recommendations based on your insurance coverage. We are happy to assist you in filing the necessary forms to help you receive benefits of your coverage. The insurance relationship constitutes an agreement between yourself and the insurance company; there is no relationship between the insurance company and our office. As such, we can make no guarantee of estimated coverage or payment. However, please know that we will do everything possible to see that you receive the full benefits of your policy.
Please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible in full for all fees incurred. If you are utilizing dental benefits, we require your estimated portion to be paid at the time that services are rendered. If you are not utilizing dental benefits, we ask that payment be made in full at the time of service unless arrangements have been made with our Treatment Coordinator, prior to treatment.
We accept cash. Personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted with valid photo identification. Additionally, we offer outside financing with CareCredit®.
Appointment Reservation
Your appointment is time dedicated to you. If you cannot keep an appointment, please inform us at least two business days in advance, so we can accommodate another patient. Failure to notify our office of a change in your schedule may result in forfeiture of preferential evening appointments and the ability to pre-schedule.
